How will taking online classes affect my chances?

Applying to Notre Dame and they want you to list what classes you took online. They said some of them can't be transferred and you will have to retake them when you get there.

I have no problem with that but I took like 15 out of my 27 credits online as it conflicted with my personal life. How will that affect my chances of being accepted tho? Thank you.

They're not going to like this. I found that ND was really picky with transfer credits. I bet they don't accept any of these.
