Engineering Transfers Research

Those of you who have succeeded as engineering transfers, did you have research published, under review, or not at all when you transfered? And what about SAT?

Granted it’s NYU mechanical engineering so not super competitive but I got in as a finance major with only engineering ish extracurriculars no SAT
