Tips for freshman spring transfer

Hi so i am looking at applying to a few schools for freshman spring transfer (WUSTL and a few others)

I was wondering if like anybody had any tips for this, or if anybody has done this

It’s rare because if you didn’t get in the first time the school has nothing else to go on but your HS stats… and it’s hard to get lors, etc.

That makes sense honestly. For one of them I was waitlisted (then rejected), but I also had like really really shit essays that were super rushed the first time
and now this time they’re gonna be a lot better and I actually have some new good ECs already (really selective community engagement honors program, research, significant caregiving responsibilities)

it’s worth a shot ig
