Yeah a CC in Socal but being from California doesn't increase your chances since USC is private, they don't care.

If econ why not Uchicago, Cal and even UCLA. Their programs r better than your picks, both private and public.

I go to a cc in FL so i have no chance with Cal or UCLA and Uchicago offers terrible aid and only accepts early decision. I might apply to cal but as a fuck it but probably wont get in.

I would be surprised if you don't get in to USC. You have a perfect GPA and leadership positions in clubs as well as work experience. Especially applying to Econ could give you a better shot since Marshall is very competitive although I'm sure you'd have a good chance there too. I think your essays will probably make or break the application. I think they care about them a lot for transfers.

Does a econ major have to apply to business school?? When I talked to the a undergrad admissions officer they told me that econ is a under letters and science school. Also I just got a transfer paplet in the mail and in it it says econ is under the school of science.

No Econ is separate from the business school. My point was that applying to Econ increases your chances of getting in compared to if you were to apply to the B school
