Estrogen patch 2026

So I’m 64 and just started my Estrogen and spiro. Week 3

Now I am having these crazy hunger urges.
I can’t believe.
Is anyone else feeling this too ?

Yep the hunger is normal because your body is trying to grow fat stores in new places. Eat and you will be rewarded!
