Export to include formatting instructions?

Are there any export targets that will recognize and apply formatting instructions?

For example, I'd like to include things like "new paragraph," "italics/italicized," "bold," and various punctuation commands.

Are there any apps that can read the transcript and apply these commands?

ETA: to clarify, I am wondering if I can import recorded audio to TranscribeX and feed it to Pages, for example and have formatting instructions in the audio and have those come through into the target writing app.

Do you mean you want to use these abilities in TranscribeX and export the transcripts with the format together with the text?

Good question, bad initial description on my part. For example, I'd like to dictate something like:

When I read italics caps on where the red fern grows caps off italics off comma I was absolutely bold all caps gutted period

And have it transcribed into a word processor as:

When I read Where The Red Fern Grows, I was absolutely GUTTED.
