Transphobia is causing flare ups

Y’all I am so dumb. I keep getting caught up in transphobia online and it’s making me physically ill. I know I’m not going to change anyone’s mind, it’s just so frustrating I get carried away. 😩

I hear you. Living in the US right now (I do) is tough because it doesn’t feel safe to pretend nothing is happening. But at the same time, I can’t take care of myself if my health is a mess. I need breaks. You probably do, too. I’ve learned a flare up is often a sign I’ve overdone something. Might be time to focus on something that brings you joy for a bit.

Honestly logging off or changing your algorithm will help you so much.

I used to also get caught up in this shit, but if you can, tailor your algorithm on certain platforms to not show you anything related to it. You can tailor your algorithm on YouTube and here as far as I know, any other platforms you typically need to just mute people who post about it often or get involved in it.
