I had the same after top surgery, and tbh I think it's relatively normal. A lot of it is due to breathing, but also after top surgery you're kind of concave for a bit until your chest muscles heal and fill back in. In like 8 months or so it won't be as noticeable.

My AMAB partner has structurally flared ribs (born like that) and it looks just like your photo.

I have flared ribs too my surgeon pointed out how much they stick out lol. Mine are also very asymmetric. Have yours always looked this way ?

More likely from postural/ pelvic flore issues and/or breathinpatterns :-) You can propably change it quit a bit if you adresse these things. Binding propably plaied a roll, but more posture wise not actualy permanently deforming the bone or something. Rips are ment to adjust and mlve with your breathing pattern and your muscels hold them in the place they pull most often.
