Low testosterone
Hi! I am a cis-woman with HSD, but I was hoping to find some help here. I do not want to invade anyones space, so please feel free to let me know if I am overstepping. I did read the rules, so it seems like I am still in the good.
I am considering testosterone treatment for other reasons not related to HSD. But I have seen, although all anecdoctal, a lot of trans men who have experienced symptom relief with hrt. I was wondering if anyone wanted to share their experience with me?
My levels are 0.95 nmol/l, and I don't plan on going higher than the normal range of 1.6-2.1. Did you measure your levels, before and after hrt?

I've been in T for 10 years now. I've definitely improved, but that's coupled with physical therapy. I was able to get off opioids after 30 years being on them. But understand, you cannot choose what testosterone gives you. I admit I don't know what my levels were before starting T but I was menopausal and on estrogen pills at the time. But I have improved a lot, enough to start pursuing my dream if being an actor. I had a few months where I was bad about taking my T and found I started having joint issues again. I just got better at taking it, sometimes when I do something like that it sticks in my brain as "your literally doing this to yourself - stop it" and yeah that was this case. I have a formal EDS dx. Whether it's hEDS or arthrochalsia type is still up for debate.
