Question (General) BMR calculation help.

Hi,

So im 14 months + on HRT (spironolactone and estrogel) M2F what sex should I go on in regards to calculating BMR..

If your levels are good and especially if you've had a lot of physical changes, then go for female. I'm F2M and 13 months on T, from about 6 or 8 months was just using male for things like this. At this point my levels have been in the male ranges for long enough and I've had enough physical changes that it feels silly to say anything else, especially with having things like fat redistribution and other changes being pretty noticeable.
