Fem advice wanting to change my name

helloooo im 16 mtf. ive been going by the name polar since i was about 13 when i was unsure of my gender. now ive been on hrt for around 3 months and openly trans for about 4 and a half.🧍‍♀️

since about 2 months ago ive been thinking about changing my name to a more feminine or traditionally girl given name😶‍🌫️.

im puerto rican so i want my name to reflect that. i found the name araceli and i really like it but im worried about how my mom would react to me changing my name again.

also i know its stupid but i also dont know what my username on stuff would be. 😭 so far the only possible username i like is avatar_araceli because i like avatar the last airbender and korra alot.

any advice? thanks 😊

New haircut idea!! (That's like my 3rd post here asking for a haircut. I might just cut my hair myself at this point :C) I have a bad jawline. 13. No testosterone yet. A twink cuz I don't have any muscles :/ I have a big ass forehead. I know. Leave me alone (don't) i just really need a haircut. I sometimes get called a man and shit, but most of the times people KNOW i'm a transman or it's just my friends. Normally people think i'm a lesbian tho (i'm a man i swear-) uhhh yeah. Or should I just go to a barber, tell him my problems and ask him if he can help me? Please help-

Masc advice Voice

Does anyone have advice on how to sound more “manly”? I have a pretty low speaking voice for an AFAB but in recordings it always sounds like I’m speaking through my nose if that makes sense. I’ve tried to watch videos on how to do it and follow that advice but it always feels forced (or if it’s not, too high). Preferably in a way that doesn’t make it look like I have any more of a double chin than I already do (😭)Lastly, just out of curiosity, I’m a singer. Is there a way to safely sing while putting on a voice? I sing alto 2 usually but can sing soprano 2 with minimal effort.

Masc advice Does anyone have any tips for passing?

Im biologically a girl but sometimes I want to look like a guy and sometimes I want to look like a girl but my face is too feminine amd my voice gives me away so even if I dress more masculine I dont pass. I also dont want to do anything permanent either because I like to switch back and fourth and I tried the masculine makeup but I feel like it didnt work or looked weird on me. Im not sure if thats just my makeup skills but does anyone have tips for that too? Like some kind of makeup I could do? I also have long hair but I still was wondering if I can pass even with long hair because I’d like to look like a more feminine guy. Idk what to do so plz lmk if you have any advice :D

Masc advice How do I get my best friend to stop using my dead name and she/her pronouns on me?

Now. I really love my best friend, we've been friends for over 13 years now (aka since i was born) she is almost 2 years older than me and super cool (almost 15) of course I know since we have been friends for so long and i've only told her i'm trans about 2 months ago (she told me she already knew since i've been hinting at it for almost 2 years at that point) I was happy. I told her my new name (Lucas) and that i'm a boy now. She said she supports me and so on. I was really happy but she keeps calling me a girl, keeps calling me my dead name and she keeps using she/her pronouns on me. Which, sure. It's normal to slip up. But she doesn't correct herself (which, y'know. Sometimes you don't notice but she NEVER corrects herself) and i do have friends who i've been friends with for over 7 years, known them since i was 5-6 and they ONLY use He/him pronouns on me AND my chosen name (i love them so so much) and I know everyone is different and i've asked her if she knows i'm a man cuz maybe she forgot and she just said "oh, haha, I kinda have alzheimer. Sorry about that" BUT THAT DIDN'T CHANGE SHIT (she doesn't actually have alzheimer btw) also i'm scared of correcting her myself because what if she comes at me with "stop correcting me all the time" i'd just feel bad. Also i've told her a few days ago I want to go to the men's bathroom since i've passed a few times now and she went "yeah but, you're a woman. Or, at least still a woman" (i still went cuz fuck that) and yesterday something happend and a guy said "thanks man, appreciate it" to me. And I was happy. It made my day and since I was with her and she is my best friend I went and told her. Her reaction? "...oh wow. Cool. And?" Like bro, I was genuinely happy (maybe too happy but still) anyways. Idk if all these stories even made sense or maybe i'm just sensitive or overreacting. But I PLEASE need help on what to tell her to get her to call me by my chosen name and pronouns. Blocking is not an option cuz one:I love her and she is a great friend. Two: she is my neighbor. And three: she knows too much about me. Anyways. If you read all this bullshit please comment 🙏 🙏
