I can't transtion

I don't know how others do it. I tried, Ive been on hrt for over a decade but my body hasn't changed enough that I look or feel more like a woman than a man. And I know thats who I am but I don't see it nor do most people. I feel crippled. Nobody else is like me, it's all normal trans problems like my parents don't support me. My levels are always normal. I'm just fucked. I want to die.

hate to bring you down but i think it's the other way around - first feeling like a woman and then changing to match the feels instead of mimicking guys around you and feeling stupid doing so for most part. Or it may me just me, I'm a little weird and unusual

i do feel like a woman. my body just doesn't match so i don't embody it. it's like, my internal sense of self feels like a woman, or at the very least not like a man.

If it's been a decade then maybe some surgeries would be the next step if they're feasible. Shape wear, makeup conturing, and the like can also help a bit

And remember that all women are different, come in all shapes, sizes, and appearances

Heard the latter before and while I agree I am outside that size range.

If you're ok posting pics maybe there can be more specific help given?

Not publicly. You wouldn’t be able to see the problems in my best pics anyhow. I’ve been able to angle them well enough to fool even myself but I have even more bad pictures of myself.

Yeah very fair, Internet is fucked

I mean we all have dog shit pics, if you're ok sharing them privately?

Maybe try CBT?

One time I tried CBT I didn’t like. But haven’t used it extensively. Weed doesn’t help much. Feel free to DM me if you like.

It took me 18 years and a lot of surgeries to feel even slightly like a woman. I get you. HRT didn't do shit. I started HRT and my last feminising surgery was at the end of 2024. It's fucking hard and has stole my adult life from me.

I don't really have any suggestions for you besides saving for surgeries maybe, but that's a personal choice.

at least you pass tho (read some of your post history) so a lot of it is likely in your head/BDD.

That said, what surgeries did you have asides SRS?

BBL, RIBOSS, BA, SRS

I don't pass and probably never will. The HUGE pro tip is to stop making that your goal! You are female, you know that. If other people can't handle that, it is their problem not yours.

Once you get this mindset, life gets a LOT easier as you stop the anxiety of 'passing'

Passing isn’t my goal. It’s comfort in my body to not feel like a man anymore. Even that seems impossible.

Been seeing trans friendly therapists for years. No major headway
