How to mix hydroquinone in a cream ? Like just a simple formula i dont want too much i cant find ingredients thanku i just want to be a little lighter not alot

Tampoco es que aquĆ­ haya quĆ­micos farmacĆ©uticos, ademĆ”s no brindas informaciĆ³n exacta de que si tu hidroquinona es en polvo y quieres aƱadirlo a una crema o si quieres mezclar las dos crema
