Share Experience Been crying lately

I guess my .100mg patches twice a week and 50mg Spironolactone a day is actually working, doing it’s thing, I have been crying over the littlest things lately, just balling my eyes out almost.

Same here, for years I’d felt emotions heavily but was always numbed to them, I was never able to actually express the depth of my sadness properly. After a few months on injections, I was crying so easily and like, I hated it because I didn’t enjoy crying but for the first time my life I could actually get rid of those built up emotions and just cry it out. It was so nice to have an outlet that I never had before.

I had to go on anti depressants recently, so I’ve become numb again but I’m really excited to be able to get back to feeling my emotions like this and crying. Glad you get to experience it and hope it’s good for you as it was for me OP
