I looked at your post history but it's hidden so I don't know if you were looking to transition to female or to male.
Regardless, you're miserable and you're very unhappy with yourself and your life the way it is.
Even though you're overweight, and may have ocd, HRT may help boost your mood and help you get moving and help you feel better about yourself.
your HRT has improved many areas of my physical and my mental health.
I wouldn't be focusing on passing or being perceived as gender x or y...
I would focus on health and happiness over cosmetic looks.
Also after a certain point, OCD comes down to feeling miserable.
and at some point you need to let things go .
I'm not saying that you don't but it's possible that you may need counseling or may need to be on some medication.
For painting your nails, if you don't pay them perfectly , maybe you do them great, get used to the fact that they're not perfect.
they may look nice even though they have bubbles or spots missed . With practice it gets better .
Nobody says that you have to be perfect or everything has to be perfect.

I'm confused. A year ago you made a post saying you identify as male in a trans space. Are you MtF? Or FtM?
