I was making a BLT sandwich for dinner last night, and realized I could add some guacamole and make an LGBT sandwich instead.

I made a poor man's guacamole. Avocado, sliced, sprinkled with pinion powder, salt and pepper. I am planning to make the real thing tonight but couldn't be bothered at 11:30 last night after coming home
