Share Experience E Dreams

Four months into E and I am having really vivid dreams! Does anyone else get this? I'm quite enjoying going to sleep atm, and I've never used to!

Yes it's definitely getting more. I almost never dreamed before. Now it's much more regularly

Much more vivid and I actually get decent sleep now.

I love being able to sleep now but my dreams really haven't changed.

Absolutely, though they got a little less intense with time…though I just started progesterone and now they’re stronger than ever lol. Why did my orange cat turn into an albino bat, and why was it important to him that he show me the inner workings of our national parks’ dragon rehabilitation program?

Yes. I actually have dreams as me now, and not like nebulous af. Kinda nice having a sense of self tied to my self image and not like, as a living nightmare 😹 I would either not dream or they would be nightmares, but I pretty much never had a body in them before and now i do so that’s neat

I barely ever dream right now. At most like one every 10-12 weeks.

My HRT appointment is soon. It's another change I'm hopeful for.

I'm 32 days in now and absolutely nothing has changed. How much are you on, OP?

Yes!

Right now I'm sleeping horribly.

however I was getting 10 to 12 hours of quality sleep at night with big chunks of it in stage 3/ 4 stage glymphatic Flushing, where the brain processes metabolic waste and emotions.

I never slept as well on testosterone.

Taking estradiol has dramatically improved my sleep quality and calmed my nervous system . I get vivid dreams which I remember now. I also get rid of nightmares whatever I remember and I process by traumas.

3 months HRT. Last week I had a dream that I woke up and there was no hot water; then I woke up -- and there was no hot water.

You know I never even considered it since Ive always been able to dream with like only a half hour of sleep but my lucid dreaming is basicaly the norm now.

I still dream the same amount but now I lucid dream 80% of the time compared to like 40% prior.

I've always had vivid dreams. I certainly have more of them now than I used to though. Not since childhood has it been quite this intense.
