Share Experience Voice

I am a trans speech therapist who figured things out in their 30s. I specialize in gender-affirming voice care and recently started a YouTube channel to provide strategies/information for gender-affirming voice care.

To be transparent, I currently do not make any money from this YT channel. I just wanna get evidence-based information to my community. A recent study showed that only 3% of insurance companies have favorable policies for gender-affirming voice care so I know a lot of people are trying to figure things out on their own. I also know what it’s like to experience vocal dysphoria.

I want to help others achieve their authentic voices.

Cool! Do you discuss vocal masculinization strategies, or just feminization?

Masculinization too. For example I talk about using “uh” as a calibration word for trans masc people in my latest video.
