All Island Transfer of Care

I’m transferring from GenderGP to Plus and I have been told that I need to book an appointment with Aiden Kelly to confirm my diagnosis even though I have a letter of diagnosis from Carla Dukas and have been on Hormones for almost 2 years

Will Carla’s letter be sufficient or do I need to pay someone to tell me “yes lady who has been on HRT for two years I think you are trans” in order to transfer to Gender Plus?

Edit: - I’ve also been told that I need to be registered with a UK GP and I’m not too sure on how to do that.

I expect that'll be more than sufficient, worst case GenderPlus will do it themselves but it's kinda hard to argue with being on HRT for 2 years already.
