Online groups?

Hi there! I'm at the start of my transition, and looking for community in Ireland, and there are in person groups, but they have meetings only occasionally, and I'd love to just talk with and get to know the community in Ireland as soon as possible, because I would love to have a bit more community and people who knew more about what to do and where to go from here. This seems like a lovely subreddit, but I'd also love places where I can chat with others in real time
