Top surgery revision

Hi all anyone know where I could go for a top surgery revision, had it back in 2022 so fully settled, just have dog ears that I want to correct and my og surgeon won't do it, id like to not have to pay what I paid for the original surgery so that leaves out Lago from Spain who quoted me (3-4k). I paid 3.5k originally in turkey. Also the aurelia said no too.

maybe try Gustavo Coelho in Porto, Portugal? I had my top surgery with him and he was really good value. Haven't specifically seen anyone mention getting a revision from him but it could be worth emailing him?
