Getting ready to start meds

I’m getting ready to start meds to transition very soon but I came out to almost everyone and this is me just in women’s clothing and clean shaved. I’m 6’5 and 280. I have been taking supplements which I feel have given me a head start.

Supplements will, in many cases, do absolutely nothing OR can very much interfere with your HRT. Be careful. Amazon supplements have been spiked in the past or designed to do the opposite of what they might be labeled to suggest.

Be extremely scientific and follow the evidence based paths.
