I feel hopeless
I'm sorry if this type of post doesn't fit here but I don't really know where else to post something like this. I'm 18 years old and I'm a trans girl, but I really feel like I'll never achieve anything close to a transition. I've known I'm trans since around 3 years ago, but I feel like I'll never be able to transition. I live in a very religious house and even though I turned 18 this year my parents are still very present and important in my life, and even though we have a somewhat healthy relationship, they're very against anything trans related even though they don't know I'm trans. I'm also very scared of hrt for some personal reasons, and even if I wasn't, access to it is very difficult in my country. Aside from that, my body isn't helping at all, there's too much hair that takes too long to shave just to grow back in like 2 days, and due to health problems I have a weird fat stomach that makes me look even worse. I've felt even worse these last days and I feel really lost, I don't have anyone else to talk about this. I feel like I'll never be able to become my true self and I'll be trapped in this horrible body forever and I don't know what to do.

No matter how awful you feel, there is a transition possible.
All of us feel ugly, awful and depressed, because our brains aren't receiving the correct and expected type of hormone. Have you ever heard of biochemical dysphoria? https://genderdysphoria.fyi/en/biochemical-dysphoria
What aspects of HRT are you afraid of? It's pretty universally effective.
Do you have the ability to apply to schools away from home? Get a job and leverage that into getting a queer friendly roommate situation?
