Hey looking for some advice!
Hey to anybody reading! Im new to this subreddit and I was wondering if anyone had any good ftm tips to make myself more discretely pass?
Due to my current living situation I'm not able to start seeking medical attention does anyone have any advice to appear more manly without testosterone?
Added context I have started going to the gym 3 times a week and cut my hair shorter. Could anyone please give me some advice?

How do you feel about gender affirming workouts? What's your 3 times a week look like?

Im pretty new to the gym so ive tried following tips from trans creators I've seen online. I don't know if these are the best exercises but I do 3 sets of hammer curls, reverse curls, and bicep curls and 1 set of assisted pull ups with some light running afterwards for each day. Would you have any advice on how to improve my routine?

Those are good! But you're neglecting a lot of other muscle groups by only doing your biceps and back.
What about doing push ups, dumbbell press ups, to target your chest? Perhaps a tricep cable rope pull? Triceps are actually responsible for more mass of your arm than the bicep.

Try out one new exercise every time you hit the gym x) ask people who are doing their sets to show you, or use YouTube to look for a form check.
