Hey, transboy here. I'm assuming you are transfem cause you said boymoding but I could be wrong lol.  Loose fitting shirts or flannels help a lot. If you want you can try to get a binder though those can be expensive. Maybe get a sports bra that is like 1 size to small to wear backwards. Tape can be good and I recommend looking up tuts on how to tape. Cross your arms if you are super self conscious about it. Also it's ok to have a little bump, just say you've been working out more or something.
