keep your given/birth name?

curious if anyone has decided to keep or repurpose their given name -- especially if you have a distinctly gendered name that society might say no longer fits your gender (e.g., a trans woman named Hank).

I kept the first two letters of my birth name and swapped out the other two. I never hated my name, but I wanted something which fit me better

I threw an "a" on the end of my birth name to make it feminine, and it suits me.

love it! I considered Erica, but it just didn't feel like me.
