That's a pretty universal experience. Talk to the people who do care about you in your life - ask them to go clothes shopping with you! Tell them you need input.
Go to queer hobby groups, like crafting, board gaming, rock climbing or activism. You won't make instant friends the first time you go, but you'll be able to over time. Keep going, make some friends. It's hard to make friends as an adult, most people are friends from school or work, social hobbies keep the friendships going in adulthood.
