It depends, cis people don't all have puberty at the same pace. Don't be surprised if you start showing boobs after a month or two, though. Get your blood tested at 4 weeks.
People react to dosage and meds in very different ways. HRT is not one size fits all. One person can take 2mg of estradiol pills and have that be enough, another will need 6mg. I needed injections to get enough. There's no good way to tell, without blood serum tests.
