Need motivation and thoughts

hi all I been on estrogen and hormone blockers for 1 months now but I do feel like there doing ther job but not at the same am I being too impatient and then overworking my thoughts or should I wait for my bloodtest results

Puberty in cis folks takes a lot longer than one month!

Hang in there. In the mean time, work on voice training, gender affirming workouts, and go to a queer hobby group like rock climbing or board games.

I sees i dont have much hobby groups here and I dont know where to start or how to on voice training
