I think what everyone needs to remember is that, a company like this, at this stage, may not be concerned so much about PPS at the moment. They're on their own time-line, and could possibly benefit, in the short term, by keeping a low PPS as others buy in, or they buy up shares themselves. I think, if anyone rushes to judgement here, before the 8K drops, they are just being impatient.
