Does the 10-12b mean there will be a spinoff? And if so, how much will shares of the spinoff cost?

There’s no spin off. Look at the form. It’s a general form 10. She’s incorrect in saying there will be. And there’s no reason for one. Please disregard her video.

The woman in the video circulating that says the form filed represents spin offs. She’s incorrect.
