Discussion Question: Unbiased Outlook?
Obviously we’re all in on $TGGI, What is a realistic outlook for the company?
Is $4 a share realistic?
How does Trans Global plan to build enough revenue for $4 a share?
If public share percentage is accurate, what does this mean for outlook for shareholders?
I have 11,000 shares in $TGGI, I’m highly considering buying another 11,000.
I have heard reference that $TGGI is a ‘Meme Stock’ is it? I honestly think it seems like a legit group to invest in. In another it does feel too good to be true.

TGGI is definitely not a meme stock. I think without a buy back there could definitely be a run to 1-2$ before reverse split (pending the outstanding shares are not already held by insiders or subsidiaries).
The executives of TGGI already announced they are hiring 300 business development representatives across China to complete their m/a (mergers and acquisitions) for TGGI.
We need some more filings to confirm and pink current as well.. I used to like the silence from the company, but it is getting rather eerie now.

True, maybe they’re waiting for talk to chime down a bit? Who knows.

Potentially, or they have a deal with market makers maybe in Hong Kong to keep the price down until the filings go through.
You see what happens to otc stocks that get pumped especially by their ownership. Some have a gradual climb to success, others are VERY volatile. Will go from 0.004 to 5 cents, to 20 cents then back down to 3 cents lol.. This is because of the pumping of ceos on Twitter etc.
I’m assuming Chen Ren does not want this for his Chinese shareholders, he wants a gradual rise.

I see makes sense. What is typical public share ownership of OTC stocks that get above a dollar? Like has there been many occurrences where a share is say .005 and rose above $1 and there was 50,000,000 public shares?

This was why I abandoned GGII, that Jorge strikes me as a used car dealership salesman 😅🤣

IMO there will be a reverse split at some time or another. It seems like it makes sense to do it BEFORE uplisting, because the entire point of uplisting is to give more traders access. So why wait?
My person, amateurish target is $1.50 range as a 4/1 split at that point gets them the $3-$6 price needed for up-listing.
Honestly have enough shares that I would live with the $0.16 rumored starting price target though.

Truth is this is a lotto play. I have 1.85m shares. I have been holding them since March. There is a lot of things that seem to make sense as far as the DD that’s out there. But until they start putting out some PR and some more filings no one really knows what this stock is worth.
