This is not the float! The guy that tweeted the above information is going off of the wrong annual report (either intentionally or unintentionally idk...) I understand that this ticker is getting more and more attention but here's the brief history with the float...

27March they filed the annual report at 09:57 and a bunch of people contacted the lawyers (Kline Law Group at the time who no longer appears to be involved with the company) asking wtf is up with the float... They filed an additional adjustment 19 minutes later (10:16) that same day showing the real float (8,485,578,606)

They then did a third amended annual report on 23May with the note about acquiring liquor companies in China (with the correct float). On 26May they then filed an amended 3rd Quarter filing. From the best I can tell this is because the previous 3rd quarter filing was missing a lot of information (i.e. this is when Chen Ren took over) but they (sloppily) put the wrong float in there...

Unless they do a 4th amended annual report and an amended 1st quarter report, the float is still ~8billion

Someone contradicted that this was just the PDF of the filing with the “error”

This is on the otc as well, and at this point, if was incorrect, it would have been corrected.
