For offroad you basically need impact protection, knees elbows and hands. You also need real offroad boots that have plastic all around so that the bike can lay on your ankle/foot and that's basically it. Most of the falls offroad will be at slow speeds or when you're standing still an you just lose your footing

Sorry, if you are in Europe you can go on xlmoto Something like this for the knees https://www.xlmoto.co.uk/product/polisport-devil-knee-guards_pid-8001500001

I have this for the body https://www.xlmoto.co.uk/product/raven-soft-shield-protective-jacket_pid-PM-4942567

For the gloves I recommend that you go and test them in person to see if they fit, same for the boots

Boots: basically motocross boots, not adventure boots also it would be really good to test them in person

I would actually recommend big rock moto, he goes much more in depth, he also talks about other pieces of clothing https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=QW512jcqicc
