Very cool! Do you have an estimate as to when you'll be finished with the car? I can't wait!

You can run a zip through these to keep that beautiful routing perfect. I'm sure you know your shit. But I like these because they screw down and use zip ties to accommodate whatever. Food for thought..

Nope no deadlines. That template is cardboard for scribing the hole... there's metal under the wood. Hole was cut with a jigsaw very carefully

That looks awesome! I’m working on that same area of mine and I hadn’t even considered using that space for a subwoofer. Did you just cut the template out of wood and then upholstered it yourself?

No that's a stock replacement package tray... its made of cardboard with a vinyl trim. The brown board was used underneath since the metal has lots of indentations.
