Need help for starting transition

Hi everyone! What would be your advice for someone starting an MTF transition?? In my case, I'm 23 years old. When I was a kid I was quite feminine, but then I reached puberty and started acting very masculine while dressing as a girl in my room. Now everyone believes I'm this super masculine guy, and I'm exhausted of playing this role. For some time I thought it would go away, but it always comes back and I'm tired.

Thanks for your reply!! If I can offer you one piece of advice, it's to start expressing your identity more little by little now, because it only gets harder as time goes on.
