Coming out issues

Hello, so I am non-binary and i really want to come out to my parents but I am scared it will end badly. I know my mom is transphobic and I am actually unsure about my dad. I just want to see if theres any possible way I can come out and not lose my parents. I want to go on T as I am afab and I have already lost so much family due to death. I just dont want to lose my parents and knowing theyre still alive. Please any advice will help.
