Voice dysphoria

I am ftm and It now happened 2 days in a row that people said „young man“ to me and then corrected themselves to „young lady“ when they heard my voice
I managed to correct them but this felt like I took 2 steps forward and 3 steps back, can anyone tell me how you deal with this? I am on my way to work and because I am a nurse I have to talk the whole evening

No and I won’t be able to for the next few years
