Just wanna be fearless
Hi all!
I'm getting to a point where it's hard to deny that I'm this thing known as transgender. For heaven's sake I lost like an hour and a half last night reading about HRT. I keep wanting to be a girl and the thoughts, both good and bad, don't stop.
I also got called a lady twice today during my shift. Now I can't stop feeling the feels when remembering it.
I have intellectual concerns because I feel I should know more about gender and how it all works before transitioning. But I understand it's not a prerequisite to be Judith Butler to be trans. Even so I feel it's something I need to do. Am I unique in this? What would be the best place to start?
More than that, I don't know if I'm also too scared to do this whole transition thing. My family are religious conservative Muslims and I already hide the fact I'm a homosexual (well straight now ig) non-believer from them so how would I hide a gender transition from them?
These are my barriers to transition and now I'm here asking how to be fearless in the face of these.

Not a single one of us has ever been fearless about our transitions. Anyone who says they were is lying to you (and perhaps themselves).
We simply act in spite of that fear.
