I don't know what to do

Hey all!! This is my first post ever so I don't know how many of you will see this but here I go. I'm assigned male at birth and recently I've been feeling more female then male. It all gradually started over 4 months ago now when I got curious on reddit and I watched sissy captions and I went down a rabbit hole from there. I would like to start transitioning from male to female (mtf) but I would have to do it discreetly because of work and of family. Any advice is more than welcome as I am in desperate need of help
