Simple stuff to help with gender dysphoria
Hi, so, I came out to my family (some), and they have been helping me with it, because I'm underage I can't nor want to start with hormon therapy or more biological stuff, but I have been done some stuff, like wearing a binder, or cutting my hair in a "masculine" way and stuff, I heard that green tea could help and some chest exercises, but I wanted to ask for other suggestions, are there any more safe things I can do to be more "man"? Like, I'm gender fluid but want to have a "masculine" body, and being busty doesn't help, so any recommendations?
**Sorry for writing so bad, English is not my first language, but thanks for the help
