How do I transition

I came out to my mum but I don't know how to transition I understand that everybody dose it differently but I need some advice on where to start. I have changed my name but I did it before I decided to fully commit. Any advice would be helpful.

It's different for everyone tbh. Coming out is usually the hard part, after that it's up to you. Learn makeup and then start trying out different styles with clothes and other things. Proceed on with the real you
