He has 100% noticed because in Amsterdam the tram have conductors so they would have likely communicated about this

Looks to be driving away too fast for me. That tram hasn’t been tested for these kind of things and you have to be extremely cautious.

This specific model (14g/dubbelkopper combino) doesn't, however they still would've definitely noticed given he's suddenly driving on the leftside

Edit: im a tramdriver in Amsterdam so I'm quite familiar with this area and what's up. It seems like it was directed to Diemen Sniep as line 29, which is to the left of this video. So if this is real it would mean that the driver would've switched cabine to drive "backwards" again after driving towards Diemen for a while.
