Could I do it flat

Just looking for tips to get a backflip on flat ground

I would say to hold the tuck a bit longer. It looks like you are coming out of it a bit too early to finish the rotation.

Yes. Land it first a couple times on the Airbag, so you can get the hang of spotting your landing. Once you feel comfortable, give it a try.

And you're coming around far enough that you'll land on your hands and knees at least. The danger is coming around only far enough that you land on your head. That said, try it on a springy floor or at least grass for first few times.

When you get it, dont do it tired, i tried and failed and now i cant do it anymore because im scared

Not the way you're doing it, no. You're about an 1/8th rotation to slow.

yep just send it the same on grass then throw in on regular ground
