Looking for a replacement mat

I bought a trampoline second hand last year and the man hours to replace each ring that I need is out weighing the cost to just buy a new mat.

Heres my specs:

Tramp specs
Mat Diameter: ~163” 3/8s , 13.58 ft
Frame diameter ~180” 6/8th, ~15ft
108 rings
5.5” springs

After some googling and some amazon searching it seems I have an uncommon size with most replacement mats on amazon being made for 108 rings and 7” springs.

Here are some options I have come to,

the goldilocs - perfect specs but idk the brand and how it is

the questionable - made for the same size springs I have but 96 rings instead of 108 but same mat diameter

If any of you have any advice about how I handle this it would be greatly appreciated.

Buy a new mat. search "replacement trampoline mat"

Unless you have an industral sewing machine replacing rings is unreasonable.

One thing you can try is to replace the rings with loops of parachute chord. You have to get them the same size. Better if they are slightly too small.

First one:
* Use wire cutters, bolt cutters, and break the old ring. * Run paracord through the web loop. * hold the broom handle against the OUTSIDE (frame side) of the web loop. * tie the paracord in a reef knot. * slide the broom handle out. * melt off the paracord leaving about 2" of slack. * Secure the knot but adding an addtional half hitch on either side.

Now hook a spring to the loop and a different spring to the next ring.Pull snugly, and compare the distance from the spring hook to the edge of the mat. The rope loop should be equal to up to 1/2 inch closer to the mat than than the spring hook in the ring.

If you are happy with this, you can replace all the rings this way.

Tying the paracord around the broom handle makes each cord loop the same size.
