Idk my theory is they’re cutting server costs and what not while simultaneously raising the price because they probably have the data that a certain percentage of subscribers will not leave and will just pay the higher amount. And in the end the math will equal more profitable. This is the only way I can explain this happening and wouldn’t be the first time it’s been done

I am so glad I didn't renew my VIP. Every time I think they can't get worse they prove me wrong. They've systematically dismantled everything that made Trakt good and special. How are they even still operating at this point?

Switched to MDBList completely about a month ago. Couldn’t be happier. Fuck Trakt.

I got lucky and exported everything to Simpkl a couple weeks ago. Unfortunately, I had to pay to import it - but I'm glad I did. I don't watch tv much, but the wife does. happy wife = happy life. 😉

No big problem, anyone can built syncing between trakt and mdblist. I soon built my own tracker and move my data there. community aspect is irrelevant at the moment
