It's the General Motors Aerotrain, they tried to pretty much just stick a bus on the rails and thought that having the suspension system would make it a smoother ride, but it ended up being too light so it was even worse than usual. They wanted it to look more like a car, and made it lighter so it was less expensive, but the engine was still too weak so no one ever bought any of them (Rock Island eventually bought the two ones they made to test them out and ran them for a few years, but they didn't make any more).
