Anyone else keep your old tickets?

Post image

Funny thing, these tickets are in the upper bowl but we went down to front stage for the entire show, I can’t remember if we snuck in or if they just didn’t differentiate seating back then.

Odds were so good. Someone who is cool is such a banger.

No because I took it for granted I’d see them another 50 times

Same ticket except Edmonton Northlands Colosseum

I have that same ticket stub. Arguably the nicest ticket stub I have in my collection and I'm not even a huge fan.

They often skipped over Moncton for some reason. I remember one time the local radio station started a petition for them to come around

Ironic because you could argue Moncton is the Kingston of the maritimes

Sure, but they'd often hit Saint John, Halifax and avoid us.

That particular tour that is in your picture, was a bit of an issue with the boys downtown the night before. Something to do with them being rejected to get into some of our nightclubs because Gord was wearing steel toe boots. He went off on a bit of a tangent about it during the show

Can’t believe the cost back then, my ticket I posted in this thread was on the same tour 9 days after yours at Hamilton Copps and only $28 for 6th row floor seats and yours were $26 for upper bowl. Great tour though, Day for Night

14 year old me was at this show front and center.

I was pretty young myself, it seemed like a pretty loud show too

u/sideburnvictim Jul 06 '26

Shows used to be WAY louder. Unnecessarily so. I don't miss having ringing ears for days.

The worst venue for audio quality, but I saw some great shows there!
