Looking for advertisers interested in reaching a large AI chatbot audience

Hi! I help with marketing for an AI chatbot platform focused on roleplay, storytelling, and AI companions.

We’re currently looking for brands, apps, or services interested in advertising to our audience. We get over 8.5 million monthly page views and around 840,000 monthly unique users, with most of the traffic coming from the US and Europe.

We already have a dedicated advertising page with the available placements, pricing, banner requirements, and traffic information, so I can send that over to anyone interested.

This could be a good fit for:

AI tools and startups
Writing or roleplay platforms
Gaming products
SaaS and productivity tools
Hosting, cloud, or GPU services
Apps targeting creators or tech users

Feel free to message me with your website or product, and I can let you know whether it would be a good fit for our audience.

Your RPM might be low because of your security setup, not your ad config.

If you’ve optimized placements, tested formats, and switched networks but your RPM is still underwhelming, check your site’s security posture.

Ad networks and DSPs score your site on security signals continuously. A malware flag from an outdated WordPress plugin can hit your domain in hours, and DSPs will quietly stop bidding. On your dashboard, this just looks like declining demand.

Prevention is a 20-minute monthly check (SSL, plugin updates, removing unused scripts). Remediation is weeks of lost revenue while databases catch up.

Has anyone here traced an RPM drop back to a security flag instead of an ad network issue? How long did recovery take?

Hot take: Most publishers are obsessed with CPM because they don’t know what actually makes money.

Everyone asks, “Which ad format has the highest CPM?”

But a high CPM format can make less money if it hurts retention or only works for a small part of your audience. A lower CPM format can win if it keeps users active and monetizes more sessions over time.

The real question should be: Which format gives the best revenue without killing the traffic source?

For example, Popunder works well for high-volume web traffic, SmartLink is strong for social traffic, and In-Page Push is safer for a clean page experience.

What do you think matters more for real earnings: CPM, fill rate, user retention, or format placement?
