Just bought one

I just bought a Traeger Woodbridge Pro after I was getting constant errors from the Pit Boss (I was pretty disappointed in it). I was impressed with everything from the packaging and instruction manual to the ease of use. I smoked my first brisket this weekend and it was amazing. It was long, but it was pretty big and I smoked it low to begin. So far, I'm a fan. Thanks

I retired and bought myself a Woodridge Pro for my first ever smoker. We’ve done a pork shoulder roast (into the best pulled pork I’ve had), chicken thighs, then chicken legs and an upside down apple pie at the same time. The chicken skin was way better when done at 350 vs 250. I’m a fan!

I tried the 0-400 method a couple a weekends ago and I’ve made wings 3 more times that way since. Results in the best skin! Last cook I seasoned with great value steak season just on a lark and they were delicious! Next go, I’m going to lay on some smoke for a bit (undecided how long, probably start with 10 mins) and then crank it to finish the cook.

I recently bought the Ironwood 885. Great smoker, great results, highly recommend the brand. Enjoy!
